Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure efficient scheduling and maintain the quality of our services, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled session, your deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided. Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: Should you wish to reschedule your session within 48 hours of the appointment, your initial deposit will be applied to the new booking. However, this deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation/Rescheduling Beyond 48 Hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule beyond the 48-hour window, your deposit can be carried over to the new booking or refunded upon request. Please understand that the non-refundable deposit is designed to compensate for the time set aside and any preparations made for your session. Impact on Session: Being 15 minutes late could potentially result in a shortened session to ensure that our subsequent appointments start on time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. Quality of Service: Please note that arriving late might affect the overall quality of your session.
