READ DETAILS CAREFULLY NC RESIDENTS Charlotte | November 17th- November 26th From November 17th to November 26th, Catteye Media is delighted to offer a Family  Photoshoot Special. Don't miss out on this opportunity to create lasting memories amidst a stunning location fall foliage backdrop that can be at your local park, home etc or an in-studio Holiday themed shoot. Family Photoshoot Special starts at $250 for Families of 5 and below. A family of 6 or more will be $350.  Al a Cart: Prints for $50.00  One Outfit 1 hour 4 Split shots (if you want to break up the group shot with different members of the family) All Digital Photos included 4 Retouches Photos (must select within 7 days of the shoot) Deposits will go towards your photo shoot and reserve the date. The remainder of the payment will be due the day of your shoot. This deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling or cancellations can cause a loss of the deposit. You may pay this amount whenever you can. However, the date will only be secured once you have made your deposit. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans may change unexpectedly. In order to ensure efficient scheduling and maintain the quality of our services, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled session, your deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided. Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: Should you wish to reschedule your session within 48 hours of the appointment, your initial deposit will be applied to the new booking. However, this deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation/Rescheduling Beyond 48 Hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule beyond the 48-hour window, your deposit can be carried over to the new booking or refunded upon request. Please understand that the non-refundable deposit is designed to compensate for the time set aside and any preparations made for your session. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policy. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling. We have implemented a late arrival policy to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all our clients. 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we might need to make adjustments to your session time to accommodate other appointments that follow. Impact on Session: Being 15 minutes late could potentially result in a shortened session to ensure that our subsequent appointments start on time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. Quality of Service: Please note that arriving late might affect the overall quality of your session. Rushing through the process could impact the time available for capturing the best possible shots.
