Looking for more than just photos? Welcome to Illuminate You. This is a full branding experience—not a quick shoot. Every Illuminate You package begins with a strategic consultation, where we learn your brand, goals, and vision. From there, we curate locations, plan your session, build shot lists, source inspiration, and coordinate every detail—from styling and props to models when needed. You’ll receive headshots, full-body portraits, lifestyle and action imagery, and website-ready visuals designed for your site, social platforms, and beyond. Branding photography isn’t an expense—it’s a strategic investment in how you’re seen, remembered, and trusted. Each Package will come with a personal consultation and mood board from onsite stylist and creative director. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans may change unexpectedly. In order to ensure efficient scheduling and maintain the quality of our services, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled session, your deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided. Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: Should you wish to reschedule your session within 48 hours of the appointment, your initial deposit will be applied to the new booking. However, this deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation/Rescheduling Beyond 48 Hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule beyond the 48-hour window, your deposit can be carried over to the new booking or refunded upon request. Please understand that the non-refundable deposit is designed to compensate for the time set aside and any preparations made for your session. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policy. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling. Thank you for considering our services, and we look forward to capturing wonderful moments with you. Late Arrival Policy: At CattEye Media, we value both your time and ours. We have implemented a late arrival policy to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all our clients. 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we might need to make adjustments to your session time to accommodate other appointments that follow. Impact on Session: Being 15 minutes late could potentially result in a shortened session to ensure that our subsequent appointments start on time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. Quality of Service: Please note that arriving late might affect the overall quality of your session. Rushing through the process could impact the time available for capturing the best possible shots.
